Relaxing Home, Keyless Entry

This home has a street entrance with keyless self check-in at your convenience. Kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, and cookware. Bathroom has a tub with shower and there is a WASHER/DRYER.
This home is perfect for families, business travelers, and vacationers as it has all the Hotel luxuries without the cost.

The house comes with one driveway parking stall and access to the front of the house. The backyard is reserved for future development. The backdoor leads to a side courtyard for exiting and trash disposal. There is another separate VRBO unit in the back with a separate entrance.

The main house could also be occupied and we ask not to bother them.

Visitors- NO VISITORS! Only those number of guests that have booked are allowed in the studio. There will be extra charges if cameras see more people entering. Parties are unsafe and will be shut down, reservation will be cancelled, and no refund given.

Multiple listings- The back studio could be occupied however Encounters with other guests are unlikely as they have a private entrance.

Smoking/Vaping - No smoking/Vaping, anywhere. There will be a $150 remediation charge for quick ozone treatment and scrub down before the next guest. Warning, sometimes excessive smoking/vaping on the porch will travel in the house on you.

Pets - No pets allowed. Special Cleaning is needed due to pet allergies of future guests. This will result in a $150 additional cleaning charge.

Air - Adjust the thermostat in the living room as you see fit. Please keep windows and doors shut while in operation. When you leave, please turn the air off.

Iron - The iron and board are located in the bedroom closet that is next to the bathroom.

Bath Towels- Do not use towels to wash off makeup. Do not use bath towels to wipe blood or bodily fluids. Only use paper towels provided.

Messes - Please pickup any messes with the paper towels. Stains on bedding or towels will result in a back charge to cover the cost of these items.

Kitchen - Full Kitchen with basic cooking utensils. Absolutely no cutting on countertops. No scraping or scouring on countertops or stove. No hot pots or liquids on countertops. No red liquid or stains on countertops. Damage to countertops and/or gouges in stove would be a total replacement.

Dishes - Dirty dishes to be washed by hand and placed on the countertop for inspection by the host. Any left Dirty dishes will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.

Dishwasher- Please do not wash any of the knife set in the dishwasher. The soap is under the sink.

Pans - Please don't use any metal utensils on nonstick pans.
Noise - There is a 10pm cut off for general noise, music, etc. The bathroom wall is shared with the back studio.

TV’s - TV's should be kept to a reasonable noise level and be respectful of others. Likewise, if another resident is too loud, please text us so we can take care of it. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with Peacock, Netflix, Amazon Video, and Disney+.

Outside noise - noise should be kept to a reasonable level. And kept to a minimum from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Bedding - The bed should be left unmade as we strip and wash all bedding after each guest.

Valuables - The Host and VRBO are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take all items with you after you checkout.

Cancellation Policy Update - In addition to our cancellation policy, pathogen or illness related cancellations will not receive refunds.
