Excellent location! Old market is basically right across the street and super easy to walk right over to. We enjoyed walking across to grab coffee and check out the farmers market. We also walked to restaurants and bars. The zoo is less than 10 minutes and a straight shot down 13th street. The townhouse is just as described and was very clean. Neighbors were very friendly and the little townhouse community was clean, felt very safe, and was super quiet at night.

Great spot near Old Market

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 for a quick weekend getaway to Omaha. We wanted to be able to walk to almost everything and this fit the bill!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent...close to everything, easy to walk to the Old Market, and we felt very safe. I walked around the condo area with our 2-year-old every morning, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly. We also loved having a garage. Our Honda Odyssey fit perfectly, with probably another foot of space lengthwise.One thing to know is that there are a LOT of stairs, and they are fairly steep. The garage and half bath are on the first floor, kitchen/living room on the second, both bedrooms and the full bath on the third, and the rooftop deck is on the fourth. Our toddler is great with stairs, so this wasn't a reason not to stay, but it was still a little challenging, especially with no bathroom access on the main floor.The rooftop deck was really nice, but access is through the smaller bedroom. We had hoped to use it after putting our toddler to bed, but that wasn't possible with our sleeping arrangement. Worth knowing if that's important to you.The living room couch could use an upgrade... it was uncomfortable and squeaky. Snacks and plenty of coffee pods were a nice touch! Overall, we really enjoyed the property and especially loved the location, garage, and rooftop space. We'd happily stay again!

Great location and modern space

We had a great stay and enjoyed being so close to the Old Market and having the use of a private garage vs having to navigate parking meters. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Communicative hosts.

Great Experience

This property is in an amazing location. We had all the fun of Old Market, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony and having a garage. I would highly rocommend staying at Kelli's place.

Nice, clean townhome close to Old Market

Very clean place that is close to the Old Market. Owner was awesome to communicate with, very quick to respond. She even helped us with a mail key so we could ship a small package to our location. I would absolutely stay again!

Convenient and Clean

Our stay at this townhome was perfect. It was in a convenient location and had everything we needed. Having parking onsite in the connected garage was a plus. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping and it was less than 1 mile from the College World Series venue. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Winter Break Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was accurately described and we had a very comfy, cozy stay! The fireplace was perfect for warming up and snuggling in for a movie at the end of the night! The only super minor thing I would add is a mirror to the master bedroom so I could do my make up while the master bath is in use. It was our first VRBO experience and im so glad it all went so well!

Amazing Location

This is a beautiful property and so close to everything. Kelli was very accommodating and helpful in letting us know things to do in the area. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in the Old Market area of Omaha. Everyone in our party agreed we will come back again. A bonus was the two car garage for parking.
