Blue Ridge Lodge is located on 71.77 acres with 9.6 of those acres being the beautiful fish-stocked, Tiger Lake.

The lodge is situated along a quiet, waterfront on a private lake. This custom designed spacious 5-bedroom home is designed to provide lifelong memories for your family. Looking through the lodge’s windows, the panoramic view of the lake will take your breath away. Just imagine when you step out on the property or one of the decks, how much more fulfilling the view will be.

Enjoy a convenient weekend getaway, a fishing trip, a business retreat, or a lengthy family gathering. In addition, the lodge’s spacious rooms, or outdoor area are the perfect place for small weddings and family reunions which are welcomed and encouraged. The open concept main level of the house features: One full bath, with washer/dryer. Three seating areas. Two dining areas provides seating for twelve (12). A fully stocked kitchen includes basic seasonings and kitchen supplies such as a crock pot, toaster, coffee maker and coffee.

EXTERIOR:
The three levels of our lodge each presents decks/outdoor entertainment areas, with numerous eating/seating arrangements, each overlooking the scenic of the lake and the surrounding properties.

The lodge provides a fire pit which is perfect for those cool nights, as you enjoy cooking on the gas grill (propane provided).

We welcome fishermen and have the perfect drive for the boat trailers. This property does NOT have a boat ACCESS into the private lake; however, Sportsman’s Lodge & Marina, a full-service facility, is located 1.4 miles away. Here you can rent a boat and have access into the Kentucky Lake.

Large Events: Weddings/Family Reunions are allowed. Additional (event/guest fees are required. PLEASE NOTE: Please contact the host on wedding/large group rentals, prior to a booking, because of the added charges for this type of event.

The lodge is pet friendly with a $150 pet fee (dogs only, 1 max)

NOTE: The property contains stairs with no elevator. Guests with limited mobility should be mindful of this.

NOTE: This property features 1 exterior security camera: a camera is located by the front door facing the porch, The camera is outward facing and does not provide interior space viewing. This helps monitor the number of guests visiting the property.
