Large Home on Golf Course in the Animas Valley

Our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is located on the Dalton Ranch Golf course in the beautiful Animas Valley - just 10 minutes from town and 20 minutes from Purgatory Resort. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch as you watch the sunrise over the Red Cliffs before heading out to hike, mountain bike or explore Durango’s historic downtown; and watch the Durango Silverton Train go by as you grill out on the patio before the sun sets.

The home is just shy of 3,000 sq. ft. with an open concept living space, large kitchen and covered porches. Other rooms downstairs include an office with a pull out bed, large play/school room with a daybed, dining room and full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub + the other with a walk-in shower) and laundry room. Some of our favorite parts of the home are the large windows with beautiful views, the natural light that pours in, the comfy sectional from Arhaus, the cozy built in reading nook + the master shower.

Although the home is in a neighborhood, the beautifully landscaped and treed backyard provides ample privacy from neighbors and golfers. Enjoy seasonal raspberries, apples, cherries + plums from our fruit trees while you spend some time outside. Our home is perfect for families, small groups or someone working remote!

> we have a strict no smoking policy. Please DO NOT book our home if you plan to smoke
> like most homes in Durango, we do not have air conditioning. to keep the home cool, we simply open the windows in the evenings + close them when it begins to warm up in the morning
> we ask that you respect our neighbors by quieting down by 9pm.
> small gatherings are okay but no large and/or wild parties are allowed
> the garage will not be accessible during your stay
