The king bed suite has 2 foldout sleeper chairs, French doors leading outside and a very spacious bathroom. Queen bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the third. The game room can double as a fourth bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. This WATERFRONT HEATED pool home is spacious with the game room and a liana with ceiling fans making your morning drink of choice or afternoon cocktail extra special to enjoy. My Happy Place is nestled right in the middle of an array of restaurants, shopping, local attractions and 1 and a half blocks from the beach. Cocoa Beach has continuous sidewalk road share lanes to all the attractions and Cottage Row.
