Located in Myrtle Beach and in the Ocean One Resort, this is one of the newest building in Myrtle Beach with ultra-modern decorations and new LCD TV's, along with newly hardwood tiled floors throughout living area, kitchen, and newly tiled bathroom! New full-sized Samsung refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, new microwave, and glass top 4 burner stove included in the beachfront condo. Two Queen Beds and one murphy bed is ready for your entire family! The bathroom features a spa garden tub with jets. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs!

Description does not match real life pictues, horrible cleaning

I booked this condo for 3 nights for my family. We only needed it for night use as we were staying the days with our friends at a local campground. The description stated that it was a newly renovated condo--not true. Looks like it's been renovated years ago. All the furniture was banged up. The couches seemed like they were someone recently updated however there were blood stains on them. We had to use the wet wipe to wipe all the furniture down because we could not trust that cleaners. Dirty stains on floor around the fridge where it hasn't been washed in months. Doors missing paint chips and walls.. bottom line do not expect a newly renovated condo!!! I will say that the mattresses were comfortable to sleep on.

Don't rent from big fish rentals

Do not rent from them. If you do take pictures of every scratch, stain or anything minor as soon as you arrive and send them a email with some of the pictures and stating what all you found. The couch was ripped up and they had a cheap couch cover on it that was stained and the Murphy bed had what looks like blood stains and the towels were stained walls and doors and cabinets and beat up chipped or cracked. It hadn't been cleaned up in a while. There was roaches and trash behind the couch.I sent a email with pics and they still tried to charge me for the stained couch cover and I had to prove I told them and sent pics as soon as I got there. Read the reviews it happens a lot. They gave me the money they charged for the cover back after I provided proof I didn't stain anything. Just rent from someone else.

Old torn furniture, good location

Had a great time. Great location! Our condo was fine except for the really old furniture and beds. The couch must have been original from whenever this place was built. Huge holes in the couch covered up with a blanket, big blue stains on the chair and the beds were horrible. They owe it to the guests to replace the furniture and beds.

Outdated and dirty, picts don't match property

DO NOT stay here. Very outdated from pictures on site. Couch is completely torn up. Black mold in the bathrooms. Carpet was really gross. Bed/pillows were very uncomfortable. Mirror in bedroom had a huge crack in it. No working smoke or Carbon monoxide detectors (had been disabled). I can’t believe anyone would think this was an acceptable place to rent. Tried to work with rental company to move to a new unit or request a refund. Very hard to get a hold of rental company (Big Fish Rentals). Phones weren’t working and took many calls to get through to someone that was no help at all. In touch with 5 different people in 24 hours, none of whom seemed to have any authority to help us. We were told this was “normal wear and tear” and no refunds. They hung up on us twice. “Julie” the property manager was nowhere to be found and never reached out to us about our concerns. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointing and ruined an entire day of our vacation.
