16 Acre Aggie Octaranch in the Bend of the Brazos River

Come enjoy our beautiful 16 acre Octaranch! This custom built octagon shaped, Aggie themed home was built on 14 foot stilts in the bend of the Brazos river. Enjoy the sunset, beautiful pasture & river views on the wrap around porch, a swinging bench, or the tire swing. Roast marshmellows in the fire pit (we provide a s'mores kit!) or cook shish kabobs on the outdoor grill and take advantage of the outdoor table and seating. We provide a fully stocked kitchen to make cooking, grilling or baking easy. Make memories playing disc golf, volleyball, the bean bag toss and many other outdoor games.

Amenities and extras we have:
-Propane (at no extra cost) and grill utensils
-Firewood (one full rack provided at no cost) and lighters for the fire pit (along with a s'mores kit!). If back up firewood is used, there is a $50 charge.
-Everything you need to cook or bake in the kitchen (including spices/condiments)
-Lots of things to do for little ones including Lincoln logs, board games, toys and books.
-Huge DVD/Blue-ray collection.
-190+ Channels, including the SEC, PAC 12 & NFL Network
-Extra seating and tables for inside and out.
-Pack n Play, along with a twin air mattress.
-Toiletries and first aid kits
-Sunscreen and bug spray
-Tree house with table, seating and patio
-Water, tea, coffee and snacks

Just under 7 miles from Kyle Field, Texas A&M University campus and North Gate. Only a short half a mile walk to buy fresh eggs passing friendly cows and a view of the top of Kyle Field along the way! And a quick 10 minute drive to the Easterwood Airport.

While we do allow Ring Dunks, Graduation Parties and Events, there will be an increased nightly rate due to extra incurred costs such as septic tank service, amenities restock, cleaning, and property maintenance. This is rate dependent upon how many guests will be attending.

Early check in or late check out can be available with Host approval for an extra fee. Pets approved on a case by case basis. PLEASE NOTE, hosting a Ring Dunk/event can incur an extra $100 fee for trash removal. If your trash is taking off the property, no fee will be charged.
