WARM & READY! Jump right in, enjoy splashing or floating in the beautiful blue pool or relax in the spa while watching the sunset & broadcast music on the house MusicCast system to the outdoor speakers while you wait for the steaks on the grill. You will have access to the 60 ft garage for your parking needs, so bring your boat or toys.
The space
Gorgeous, super sharp home, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is completely outfitted with beautiful granite counters, dark cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. There are 2 master suites eith king beds and 1 guest room with 1 queen bed and 3 bathrooms, each has been stylishly furnished and decorated. Inviting décor abound with comfortable furnishings, wall hangings and a large screen smart televisions in each room.

Travertine pavers surround the pool adding a touch of luxury to the outdoors. You will find plenty of seating and loungers for sunbathing. The bright blue pool can be heated to 80 and is great for swimming, floating or lounging on the baja shelf or gather around the pools table top to enjoy a game of waterproof cards or the patio big screen TV. You can also gather in the hot tub to relax and watch the sunsets and soak off the events of the day.

The garage is a massive 60’ long all usable space for you. There is an air compressor available for your use, and the 2 car garage gives additional room for parking. Bring your boat, desert toys or whatever you want, parking is not an issue.
Guest access
The entire home is available to the guest with the exception of the linen closet in the master bathroom and locked cabinets in the garage.
Other things to note
There is plenty of parking in the garage and driveway, we like our neighbors so we ask that you do not park in front of their homes and you observe the city noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors . Beds: 2 king, 1 queen, 2 single roll away, 1 couch that does not make into a bed, and 2 air mattresses. Thank you!

Get away boating weekend

This property was great to be able to park boat and trailer inside was perfect.The house and layout is very nice. For us the beds were much harder than we like. Sleeping was difficult.

Great for boating season

We come every year for the desert stome poker run and have been renting homes for the last several year. Always looking for a home with accommodations that fit our needs..this was the perfect set up. Rv garge to park the boat in. 2 master bedrooms. Was the perfect set up.. thanks again

Loved the pool and the hot tub ! We did no cooking but it looked well stocked . Master bed was very comfy our guest said the other beds were very hard . If they added mattress toppers it will prob fix that . I did feel we didn't have much privacy , the owner came in the night to take the trash out , then showed up a day before my check out basically asked me why I was still there ? I was like I have the house booked till tomorrow... so that was uncomfortable. I'm also host and I would never just show up during someone's booking . Not a bad house just wouldn't stay again cause the feeling of intrusion.

Great July 4th weekend!

Our weekend was well spent at this beautiful home! The house is spacious and super organized. It even comes with 2 roll away beds and 2 air mattresses which is super nice. The pool and backyard is very nice. There is also cable TV outside!! So cool. The boat and RV parking is also very nice and big. The property manager is amazing and super responsive. We had ordered something from Amazon and the manager had to come and open the mailbox for us to get our stuff in the middle of the night. She was so nice about it! Overall great house and great manager!

A little slice of heaven.

This property has it all. Great views, awesome heated pool and separate hot tub for those chilly times. In Havasu you can be as busy as you want or as relaxing as you want. It’s not a place for clothes shopping though however, the Ross store scratches that itch. The pantry is stocked with spices and oils and other staples left behind, sealed and untouched. The beds are satisfactory, king mattress is firm memory foam, queen spare room is firm memory foam and the other queen has a soft memory foam topper. This bedroom has the bathroom door which leads directly outside to the patio/pool. Makes it absolutely perfect for using the toilet while soaking wet leaving the pool. The host is terrific and response is quick. The second fridge in the garage was mint for cooling all of your drinks. You will thoroughly enjoy this house as we did.
