Clean & cozy townhome in a private setting across from Holiday Valley Resort skiing, golf, spa and pools. Walk, drive or Uber to the center of Ellicottville to enjoy shopping, dining or night life. Perfect location for skiing, golf, weddings, spa or family trip! Spacious 3 BR, 2.5 Bath unit w/ full kitchen, wood burning fireplace and two decks. Air conditioning. Garage for skis, boards or golf clubs. Free WiFi, streaming tv. Washer and Dryer. Easy parking.

Walk or shuttle to all that beautiful Ellicottville has to offer. This large, almost 2,000 sq ft, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome is located across the street from Holiday Valley.

The first floor boasts a large living room with a fireplace, dining room, lounge area, and french door leading to the patio. In addition, the large, fully loaded kitchen features a breakfast bar. The mudroom has a washer and dryer, half bath.

The second floor has all three bedrooms and two full baths. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and french doors leading to a small patio and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. Towels and linens are all provided. Stream your favorite shows on the large living room tv.

Easy walk or drive to holiday valley or downtown shopping/restaurant scene. A home away from home to make yours while you stay in beautiful Ellicottville. During ski season it is a quick 10 minute walk to the snowpine or sunrise lifts or there is an hourly shuttle to the main lodge.

Great Location, Excellent Host

We were walking distance from the lift across from the 219 lot, which worked out great on a busy weekend with great snow. Condo is very roomy, perfect spot for a ski weekend with the family. Host was available and communicated well. Overall great stay!

Very easy to get to. It’s right beside Route 219, but you can barely here any traffic inside. Amazing views. We didn’t ski or golf but the lift is literally 3/10 of a mile from the door. Right across the street as is the golf course to.

Wonderful Family Weekend

What a great place!! We came for a summer weekend with our toddlers and baby, did some golfing and used the pools at Holiday Valley Lodge. Snacks and games for the kids were a really nice touch. Master bedroom was big enough for our portable crib (master bath was as well). Ceilings are very high which my tall husband really appreciated. The place actually feels even bigger in person than it looks in pictures. Kitchen is well stocked, there are thoughtfully placed iPhone chargers throughout the condo, smart TVs in every bedroom, and we forgot our sound machine for the baby and were so happy to see there was one in in the master! Beds were very comfortable, shower was hot and water pressure was great, outdoor fire pit is an awesome and rare feature (although we were too tired to use it both nights) and the property owner was incredibly accommodating, responsive and helpful. We will be back!!!

Very comfortable and large place, really came into its own being locked in for nearly a day due to rain, 6 adults had no issues at all having enough room. Per expectancy the spot is very clean and right across the street from HV. We will be back

beautiful and comfortable home

My husband and I stayed with our besties in this beautiful home while skiing Holiday Valley Ski Resort. The location is great! You can walk to "The Wall" lift, but we chose to drive to and from the lodge as the rain made a walk quite wet. You will not find a better communicator than Joe! Super pleasant and efficient! The gas fireplace in the great room is so warm and wonderful! And, let me just say, I never sleep well when traveling, but not at this place! Slept like a baby in the master suite and our friends said their beds were comfortable, as well. We highly recommend this VRBO offering! Thank you, Joe and Amy!

House as described, owner was very accommodating to us! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Joe & Amy are the perfect hosts, snacks and wine on arrival … you can’t ask for more! We had great communication with Joe and we will return again. High recommendation for a perfect winter getaway!
