This Queen room overlooks The Lawn, The Court’s beautifully landscaped central garden, offering a quiet and calming setting while keeping you moments from Seaside’s vibrant town center. Inside, coastal elegance meets functionality with a queen bed dressed in luxurious Peacock Alley linens, Serena and Lily furnishings, and ample built in storage so you can fully unpack and settle in. A custom desk provides space to work or check email, while an under counter refrigerator and Nespresso coffee station add everyday convenience.

The private bathroom feels spa inspired, featuring a marble tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead and wand, a generous vanity, and plush robes for unwinding after a day in the sun. Blackout shades, thoughtful soundproofing, and modern comforts help ensure restful nights throughout your stay.

One of The Court’s most loved features is its unbeatable location. The Seaside amphitheater, charming Airstream food vendors, unique boutiques, and local restaurants are all steps from your door, yet the property remains tucked away from the noise once you return to your room.

This room is pet friendly and welcomes one dog up to fifty pounds, making it easy to bring your four legged companion along for your Seaside escape.* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $100 pet fee. Pets will not be allowed on furniture.

*The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to twelve months in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. All occupants must be 25 years of age or older.
