Ms. Becky’s Bungalow is a fully furnished two-bedroom home conveniently located on the main highway through town. This cozy retreat is pet-friendly, non-smoking, and all on one level for easy access. With a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other, it comfortably sleeps four guests. A couch and air mattresses are also available for additional guests.

The home includes an attached garage, a laundry room for added convenience, and plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. In the backyard, enjoy evenings around the firepit or quiet mornings on the deck. A large shade tree in the front yard adds extra charm and comfort during warm days.

Perfect for visitors coming to Knoxville for a weekend race, dining and shopping in town, or exploring nearby Pella, the bungalow is also just under 10 miles from Lake Red Rock— Iowa’s largest lake. Her home we stayed at was very nice and had everything in it that we could possibly want or need. Loved the wall decor! Very comfortable. We had our little dog with us and it would've been nice to have a backyard fenced in area instead of the tie-out. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early, probs back home, and in our haste to leave had left a few things, one might be a black and red checkered flannel shirt that my husband is wondering if it got left but havent heard anything from the host so......

Knoxville stay

Very clean, charming, newly updated, great for limited mobility because of lower steps both front and back doors. I use a walker sometimes and did not have trouble with entryways. Bathroom had lovely walk in shower with a hand held wand. And if you use a shower chair ther woild be enough room for one. Also a higher toilet. Although not advertised as Handicap accessible it was actually closer than some properties we rented . Very pet friendly. We forgot our water bowl and they had one there, thank you.Also so close for day trips to Pella, Winterset, Bridges of Madison County and so many lakes and of course the Knoxville Speedway and Midget car racing. Great hosts and loved being there in May when the bushes and flowers and Locust trees where showing their lovely colors.

Great house.

Worked perfectly for us including me, wife,adult daughter and 1 yr old granddaughter. All was perfect. The only downside (and I’m not saying this to be negative at all) is the business of the street. I decided to always back in the driveway so I could just pull out into the street.

Wonderful Stay in Knoxville

Pleasant home for the night

Overall a good place to stay overnight. We felt that it was clean, but when getting into bed, a family member noticed that there was what appeared to be pet hair between the sheets, as well some bits of dirt. This was in the bedroom with twin beds, so she pulled back the covers on the second bed and also found pet hair. Not an excessive amount, just enough to make her feel that perhaps the linens hadn't been changed or that a pet had jumped onto the beds before they were finished being made up. Otherwise, it was a nice house. Kitchen was well appointed for our needs. Being on a main street, there was a bit of traffic noise at night, but not enough to wake us once we got to sleep. Good selection of streaming devices on tv, and very nice landscaping so it was a pretty setting.

We Love This Place

My wife and I stayed here last year also, as it's close to my sister's house. She is getting up there in age, and we enjoy having the opportunity to visit her. This accommodation is one of the best VRBO's we've stayed at, and we have stayed at several. Everything about this house is delightful. It's tastefully decorated, and very comfortable, with a garage and a lovely back yard. Bridget, the owner, is very friendly and attentive to our every need. We intend to come back for other visits in the future.
