DINING AREAS and KITCHEN

As you enter the home you are greeted by the beautiful glass table! Moving further into the home you’ll find the kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the tools and appliances you may need for a quick snack or a gourmet meal!

LIVING ROOM

The open kitchen backs to the modern living room featuring a Sofa, Love Seat and Sofa Chair. This area seats 6 comfortably. Gather around to watch your favorite shows and movies on the large flat screen TV.

UPSTAIRS LOFT

The loft features a sectional couch (seats 3 comfortably), a projector, a DVD Player, and more.

LAUNDRY

There is a full size washer and dryer included in the home, between the garage and the main entrance.

POOL and SPA/HOT TUB

The pool attached to this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 per night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician, which is $80. Pool heat is recommended October - May.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.

The use of the facilities is optional, so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort. This is only where a group wishes to use the resort area.

The choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way, we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to hosting you!

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)

PLEASE NOTE PARKING REGULATIONS AND QUIET HOURS!

The HOA enforces parking, so please only use the garage or driveway, or speak with the guard at the front gate in order to be issued a "parking pass" to park your car on the street. CARS DO GET TOWED if they are on the street without the appropriate parking pass!

Quiet hours are enforced in the community throughout the evenings. Please consult paperwork for the up-to-date quiet hours (usually between 9 PM - 9 AM). The HOA will issue fines for noise complaints, for which the guests will be responsible!

NO MAILBOX - Please note that there is no mailbox at the property, and several package delivery services will not deliver packages to this home. This is the case with all homes in this neighborhood - some providers will deliver, but others will not. Consider using an Amazon Locker for package deliveries.
