Enjoy our fabulous backyard which you will have all to yourself. Our home has been designed for both indoor and outdoor living that Arizona is so well known for. We have everything you need to enjoy both spaces; 4 bedrooms that accommodate up to 10 guests, quiet work space for those who plan to mix business with pleasure, private pool (fully gated for safety), comfortable outdoor living furniture for visiting or lounging, outdoor pool table, lawn and table games, and "smart home" features such as Nest thermostat, keypad entry, Roku, and outdoor security cameras for everyone's safety.

The kitchen has everything you need to accommodate your cooking, baking, & BBQing. But first start your day with a cup of coffee on the patio and hopefully you will be joined by a few desert bunnies (who also enjoy the quiet and cool mornings on the patio).

Great accommodations

We used every bed and almost every amenity of this house. The property manager was very helpful and communicative. I would book this rental again if we are ever back in the area.

Family Thanksgiving

My family and I had a great time visiting. The house had everything we needed. We used every inch of the house to have a great trip. The communication with the property manager was great as well. I left a three start on cleaning because the house overall was picked up and neat but we spent the first hour of being there wiping everything down and sweeping the floors. Just dusty. That being said paying a large cleaning fee I would have expected the house to be ready.

Thank you Jason for your great review. We enjoyed hosting you and your family for the holiday. I am sorry you felt the home wasnt as clean as you would have liked. We take pride in preparing our homes for guests including personal visits by myself prior to guest arrival. Unfortunately, Arizona is a dusty region and we are always doing our best to keep all surfaces clean - including professional deep cleans of our tile floors. Our cleaning fees reflect exactly what our professional cleaners charge. We do not believe in having guests do any cleaning prior to check-out. We handle all of the bedding, towels etc. I appreciate your detailed review and we will look at improvements going forward. We hope you will stay again in the future.

The PERFECT family spot!

This place was amazing! The interior was cozy and clean. We were so impressed with how well stocked it was! It had a full cabinet of seasonings, enough coffee/tea/creamers/etc. to last well beyond our stay, a cabinet of board games/colouring supplies, tons of toys for the kiddos, sunscreen/aloe for those hot days, tons of pool floaties and balls, and a cute welcome basket of treats! The kids loved the bunk beds and our bed was so comfortable. The gated fence was a godsend with us having 4 kids 5 and under there. We all enjoyed the putting green as well. The pool was warm and the sunledge is so big, love it! Communication with Charity was easy and she responded fast for the couple of questions we had! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely perfect

We really enjoyed ourselves at this house. Charity was very responsive and accommodating. The house is in a nice neighborhood not far off highway 101 and very easy to find. We were welcomed with a basket of treats and bottled water. The house was exactly as described, nicely decorated, clean and filled with everything a single person, couple or a family might need. The kitchen is beautiful with newer appliances and was well stocked. I was glad to see coffee and creamer ready for the morning. Although we only slept in the master bedroom the other three bedrooms looked well put together. The king bed was very comfortable. My husband appreciated the dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. He was able to get a bit of work done in the morning before heading out. We loved the pool! Night swimming was the perfect way to end our day and poolside coffee was the perfect start to the morning. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break get away

From the time we booked through checkout everything was wonderful! Charity was very helpful in answering questions prior to arrival and helped offer suggestions for fun outings for our group. We had two 14 year olds and two 11 year olds who loved the backyard amenities! The pool was perfect, and they also enjoyed the putting green and pool table. The house was as seen in the photos and clean upon arrival. We loved the location, as it was close to main highways and easy to get to area attractions! This house was in a great location for Spring Training baseball games and near lots of shopping and restaurants as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
