This charming home sits right on the beautiful and exciting Coosawattee River. The back yard is level to the water`s edge where the setting is truly park like. With a fire pit and seating you`ll probably find yourself spending a lot of time here just enjoying the rushing waters of this great river. The house itself has plenty of windows for river viewing and is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The large great room has a wood burning fireplace and beautiful wood floors and walls for that warm comfy feeling. When the day is over everyone can hang out by the riverfront fire pit. This getaway hotspot is conveniently located in Ellijay, home of the famous "Georgia Apple Festival" and only about 25 minutes from historic downtown Blue Ridge where unique shopping and fabulous dining await you.



DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $145 Cleaning Fee, processing fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, guest service fee, a Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it's for use of the resorts gates), and 15% lodging tax
