Our house is named GreenHouse to honor its sustainable design and building principals. Offering a beautiful open-concept layout with large kitchen and living space, spacious bedrooms and lush landscaping featuring a salt-water pool and several exterior lounging areas.

Proximity to the beach – Listen to the waves from your bedroom, steps from the Bakers Beach entrance, walk right out to the idyllic tide pools and the surf break.

Sustainably Built – “Tropical Design” influences the thoughtful layout, optimizing natural ventilation and illumination, both important aspects for a true tropical experience. Also featuring a NetZero solar system and a state-of-the-art grey wáter irrigation system that minimizes your foot print in such a fragile area, contributing passively while vacationing. All of the furniture was locally sourced and handcrafted right in Nosara – this is a consciously “Green” house
