Thank you very much for your review and improvement suggestions. The lock was an issue with a new housekeeper and has since been addressed, as well as the cleaning. The address is listed, but Google does not give the correct directions, which is why exact instructions were sent the day before. I have updated it to show my phone number as well. Thank you for the positive review and feedback! I am glad your overall stay went well and we hope to have you back in the future! The bunk beds are new this year and firm with not much time to be broken in. I apologize for them being uncomfortable! I will order some spices to make cooking easier for others in the future. The grill will be updated in the future as well, but we wanted to make sure the nightly rate stayed fair for what is there. I do sincerely apologize for the error on the garbage. The situation has been addressed and won't happen in the future. I appreciate your honesty in your feedback and giving us the opportunity to correct issues. Thank you!

I appreciate that you took the time to review the home. Regarding your review, I have just a little feedback. Typically, I find it beneficial to let the host know that you have issues with some of these items during your stay. For example, if you had informed me about the issue in the bathroom, I may have had time to repair it or at least give my next guest a heads-up that it may be an issue. Instead, there wound up being a leak that the next guest had to deal with. Thankfully, they were understanding of the circumstances and handled the entire interaction with grace and respect. I also recommend in the future that if you are upset with the services, you don’t leave the rental in a state that caused my housekeeper to put in two extra hours of cleaning and putting items back where they belonged. My housekeeper didn’t even know I allowed pets at this rental until you arrived, and I have had multiple people with dogs over the past couple of years. This property is by no means a “new build” and has never been advertised as such. I apologize that this may have been your impression. I have tried to encapsulate the authenticity of the home as much as possible to ensure guests understand this via pictures and descriptions. I will take your notes into consideration and have already repaired or are in the process of repairing your concerns.
