Unique Studio near the Beach

Studio ideal location at few steps to the beach and in the Romantic Zone. Just been remodeled completely; counts with basic services for a basic budget but in prime Location! Book it for daily, weekly and monthly stays.
The space
This place is perfect for one or two persons, in it's 538 sqft there is all you need: desk area, book shelves, cozy living room, dining room, eqquiped kitchen, spaceful bathroom, and direct access of thecommon sun terrace and balcony with views (partial) to the Ocean on one side, and Sierra Madre or town to the other side.
In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with high speed wifi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc…

It has good brightness and brezze. This unit is part of a little three story building, with a total of six units, and coffee shop, gym and boutique in the street level floor.
This place keeps the original Vallarta Old style of architecture, which is rustic and fresh, like it preserves the original floor tiles and brick walls.


Guests of this unit will have direct access to the sun terrace on the that top floor, there is a hammock, chairs and table at the fence. Balconies on the second floor are common only for the guests staying in that floor.
Flat roof is only for authorized personel.


I use to have direct interaction with the guests, at the begining, when intoducing them into the property, and later will be accesible by phone, text message or email, since I don't reside in the building.
There is also the housekeeper that shows up often during the week, except on sundays and holydays.

Guest access
Essential services has WiFi, Plasma screen, electricity gas and water included; and monthly stays we include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels; although it is always available on request nominal fee for any stay.
Other things to note
Guests, parties or events are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, keep in mind that smoking inside the apartment will carry an extra charge of $ 150 USD; pets are allowed in many cases, but may be subject to an additional cost. Please ask if this is your case.

Vallarta is a lively city, in full growth and you could find works near the property, Restaurants and bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if it were the case.

The loss of the key implies the total change of the locks at a cost of $ 100 USD at your expense.

Internet service is one of the largest Mexican companies ¨IZZI TELECOM¨, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, we have already adjusted the prices of the accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not admitting any type claim for service failures.

Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.
