This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen and an open common area on the main floor. Bay windows allow the most amazing light to shine throughout the open floor plan. But one of the best features of this home is the deck and views - Perfect for outdoor living, grilling, dining, sun bathing and watching the stars at night. You can sit at the table under the umbrella or sunbath on the lounge chairs. At night you cozy up to the gas fire table and watch the sunset, taking in all the views and wildlife. 

The lower level offers you three spacious bedrooms that still capture the views of the winding marsh and gorgeous light. From the lower level you have access to the backyard, quaint sitting area, hammock and completely enclosed outdoor shower. This location is a renter's dream, especially with it being a short walk to Pleasant St. Beach, a 5 minute drive to Red River Beach and about 1 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

Pleasant Street Beach is one of the many beaches lining Chatham’s southern border, is a cool, curved beach with interesting rock jetties. There are lots of shells for collection enthusiasts. Pleasant Street is very small and can be very quiet, and a great place to launch your boat. The parking area is small, but it’s also free if you need to drive there. 
Also just a short drive away is Red River Beach. This is the only Harwich beach with daily parking available to non-residents. One of the most popular beaches in Harwich, Red River Beach is long and quite spacious. The warm Nantucket Sound water is great for swimming. Some small waves make this beach great for kids who want to spend some time with their boogie-boards. You can also take your boat out for a ride here – travel to the very end of the parking lot to find the boat ramp.
