Comfortably sleeps 10 People!

Pool Heat is an additional $100/night. You MUST notify us if you want pool heat at least 48 hours before your reservations starts. If you choose to add "POOL HEAT" you must have it on for the duration of your stay.

Pool Heat Temp is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the ambient outside temperature.

Great time at a great house

My wife and family spent along weekend at this house with some family members. We enjoyed the pool and relatively close proximity to golf, shopping and activities. The house worked great for us, would definitely stay there again if we were planning a trip to that area.

Beautiful desert ridge home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Phoenix. The home has so many comfortable beds, a nice kitchen to cook in, and the backyard is the best part! The heated pool was such a nice addition, we used it all weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Not luxury

Upon arrival the door code didn’t work, and neither did the Garage code. Had to call for help to get in.Front Door floor/ welcome pad had a lot of plant debris. Not swept out or blown out in a long time.Door off wooden furniture in living RoomGlass Kitchen Lights were filthy on top, but unit inside was clean otherwise.Some Roof tiles were haphazardly on the roof topBBQ was dirty/filthy but it did functionSome Indoor shades missing ability to go up or down.Leaves all over back yard & tree in the ad photo cut down. We found a few 12” tall weeds between cement & AstroTurf proving nobody had cleaned up yard in awhilePool dirty, not just leaves I could easily scoop out but the sides were full of bird poo, vacuum not working, thing to fill pool leaking & it was Memorial Day Weekend with my grandkids.As we called the number we were told to call if we needed help, we only got some help, and were told to call others to tell them about our issues. It was a big GRADUATION Weekend for us, but this isn’t even close to a LUXURY Rental. A bate & switch situation of a rental & we didn’t deserve folks passing the buck when we complained about the lawn & pool not functioning. Janet (Grandmother & person who paid for this rental)

Discovered a gem

Lovely house with 4 large, comfortable bedrooms with great beds. Spacious downstairs including a small private office for remote working and fast WiFi. Pool and entire backyard offers multiple lounging choices, putting green and outdoor dining spot. We would stay again with enthusiasm. Only issue is the master suite shower - temperature mix very difficult to regulate with too hot winning!! This must be addressed.

Incredible stay

Where do I begin to describe the perfect stay? When we arrived from the airport we were greeted with snacks at the door. We immediately fell in love with the house. The home is stunning, clean, and extremely spacious. We came with our family of four plus sister and kids who didn't waste anytime and went and enjoyed all the backyard has to offer -- great pool, a game of bags, mini golf, basketball, made s'mores and so much more. It was hard getting the kids out the house when there was so much to offer. Kai, The Property Manager, was incredibly helpful during our stay and made sure everything was perfect our entire stay (she deserves all the kudos and recognition). If we could give more than 5+ stars, we definitely would. Thank you for a magical time!

Nice getaway

Overall, everything looked like the pictures and the property worked out perfectly for our family of 6. The designated office was perfect for my husband to work in during our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Our only criticisms would be that some of the tables are very wobbly, the cornhole game was too worn out to really play, the pool net was broken so we had a hard time fishing leaves out, and we had some technical difficulties with the door code (that were resolved quickly). Also, if you have a long vehicle such as a suburban, it won’t fit in the garage (not a big deal to us). And if I could make a suggestion, the master bedroom is completely daylight at around 5 am. Some blackout curtains would do wonders. But like I said, overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely visit the property again!

Family trip to Arizona

The house was in a very clean and in an upscale quiet neighborhood. I liked the location just outside of Phoenix and within 2 hours of Sedona and many other Arizona destinations.
