The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Gets, this charming 37m² flat with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 2 m² balcony facing south-west
- A shared garden (not enclosed) to make the most of fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Les Gets, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :

Ideally situated between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, and close to Geneva airport (1 hr 15 min drive), the Portes du Soleil offers an exceptional playground for life-size thrills.
- Nestling in the heart of an Alpine region between the Haut Chablais and Valais, the Portes du Soleil is the first cross-border ski area to offer a single pass for skiing or cycling on the most beautiful French and Swiss slopes.
- 12 resorts spread between France and Switzerland: 600 kilometres of skiing, 293 marked runs and 209 ski lifts.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the residence's private car park or in the public car parks in front of the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Free shuttle bus at the foot of the residence
- Nearest train station: Cluses 22 km away (about 25 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Geneva 70 km (about 1 h 15 by car)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are accepted for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
