A great vacation in Mrytle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Arcadian Property for 1 month. We had a beautiful 16th floor condo that overlooked the Ocean. While it could use some updating- overall it was perfect for us. Clean and nicely decorated. Our only issue was the downstairs condo, where the occupants smoked constantly. I feel a property listed as no smoking, should include the balcony.I cannot say enough good things about the staff. We are seniors and had a couple of personal issues. The staff (Casey and Jamie) helped us out in a very professional snd friendly manner. Thank you so much. The maintenance and security staff were also very professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Eye candy condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the stay, it was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that need to be worked on; couldn’t get garbage disposal to work, the overhead light fixture in kitchen was sagging a little and there wasn’t a spatula to fry eggs or meat. The TV problem was fixed temporarily thankfully. The decor was a little outside my taste, palm trees in living area 😳. But cute in other ways. It would be helpful to have a permanent book giving directions for how to use the remotes and any other things that might be new or different to others. Just a suggestion. We love staying at the Arcadian 1 anytime we can.
