Minutes away from West Midtown, Buckhead and blocksaway from all downtown tourist Attractions.

We own the property next door and it is fenced in together.

We have an exterior camera for safety. Please read about the neighborhood in the listing. While this part of town is going through redevelopment phase, we have had great experiences for our guests. No issues at all. We want to make sure you understand this aspect of the property.

Guests staying on Sunday nights will be asked to take the green trash bin and the blue recycling bin to the curb for pick-up on Monday morning.

We will ask for a refundable deposit from guests with accounts that were created in the last 3 months or with accounts of any age without any reviews. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out, given that the house rules are followed and the house was left in acceptable condition.

This is an transitioning urban area. More directly the neighborhood is in the pre-gentrification stages. Improvements are noticeable with new parks, new construction and renovation all around. Change is occurring however it is the area isn't redeveloped yet. Conveniently located close to popular attractions, however it is recommended to use your car or Uber/Lyft to get around. There is a Marta train station about a 15 minute walk away.

Check-in is available from **12:00 PM to 8:00 PM**. **Strictly no nighttime check-ins.** If you miss the 8:00 PM check-in time, you will need to return at **9:00 AM the next morning**. We do not accommodate late arrivals under any circumstance, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

Most guests do not find this area comfortable for walks. All guests have a car and drive to where they need to go.
