The living room includes a smart TV for your entertainment, a charging station, and lots of comfortable furniture—a great spot for kicking back after a day at the beach or entertaining your dinner guests. The full kitchen is equipped with all the small and major appliances you need, including an air fryer and toaster oven, plus ample counter space to prepare delicious meals for everyone to enjoy. The breakfast bar features two barstools, and the dining table has seating for four, making al fresco meals on the balcony a delightful experience.

Use the high-speed WiFi to research a fun water sport to try out, then head out for an afternoon on the water. Afterward, come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower, then use the elevator to access this fifth-floor condo. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
