The Westin resort at Tarpon Point Marina which is about 3 miles down the road also offers plenty of waterfront restaurants and shopping with live music at the Naughti Mermaid..
And do not forget about Cape Coral downtown which has seen a surge of new restaurants and bars which offers a wide selection of excellent food choices and entertainment.
This home is so close to all the greatest BEACHES, we have our Cape Coral Yacht Club beach within 10 minutes, Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva!
Sanibel is one of the top beaches in Florida for shelling, shelling and more shelling!
The home has GREAT SOUTHERN EXPOSURE that makes for AMAZING Sunrise views over the dock and lovely sunset views from the backyard. Relax with a drink on the dock or in the BEAUTIFUL POOL on the HUGE LANAI!! The spacious lanai boasts a large roman style heated salt water pool. PERFECT for all day pool time FAMILY FUN! There is also an outdoor serving area and the indoor kitchen has plenty of outdoor dinnerware for entertaining poolside! Lanai has a Barbeque grill with propane supplied free to our guests.
Summertime Retreat is a comfy FAMILY FRIENDLY waterfront home with a spacious open plan layout! The home has been completely remodeled with tasteful Florida beach decor. The layout is GREAT for family entertaining with the large open great room/game room (with board games) for family fun. There is a ping pong table in the garage that can be easily folded open for added family entertainment. The kitchen is open to the dining room with French doors leading to the lanai adjacent to an additional living/lounge area.. There are 3 bedrooms, all with KING beds for a comfortable private sleep for 6. The great room has a pull out sofa for 2 addt'l guests as well as a single ottoman sleeper for a total of 9. This is a split floor design with the master bedroom and master bath on one side of the home for privacy with it's own sliders to the HUGE LANAI! There is plenty of closet space and a walk in shower with double vanity. There are 2 bedrooms on the opposite end of the home with a guest bath/pool bath to share and both with large walk-in closets. The 3rd guest bedroom has 2 twins that can be put together to make a king and an AMAZING view of the canal.
There will be 3 TV'S in the home; one in the master/primary bedroom, one in the great room and one in the lounge/living room.
In addition to the amazing lanai area, just steps away, the dock boasts 4 Adirondack chairs for relaxing, tanning or just enjoying time while you watch for fish jumping or possibly spotting a manatee! You can fish right from the dock (there will be 2 Fishing poles supplied for guest use).
Launch Kayaks from the convenient step ladder down to the water.
For a day of bike riding fun, there are also 3 single seated bikes with helmets on the property free to use for guests since the home is so close to bike paths for easy riding.
For a family fun day at the beach there are also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart and there is even a beach cooler in the garage so you need to BRING NOTHING!.

Camelot Park is just a short walk down the street, where you can play tennis or pickle ball, plan a picnic, walk the dog and take the kids to the playground for a day of fun!
The local grocery store is just a bike ride away for grabbing any needed groceries.
You can't beat this neighborhood and it's convenience to shopping, restaurants and some of the best Gulf access canals in the Cape. Rent a boat and enjoy the waters!
(The dock is for use to tie up a rental boat but for safety reasons the boat lift is for owner use only)
