Enjoyable stay at Lochmoor Waterway Estates
My spouse and I, along with two other family members spent an enjoyable stay at this vacation home in North Forth Myers. We appreciated the calm and tranquility of the neighbourhood, and what a bonus to be located on a canal! We enjoyed having our cup of coffee in the morning on the dock and having a little fun dipping a line in the water (We had our own fishing gear. For serious fishing, however, better to go out in the bay or deep-sea fishing. Pine Island is the place to go and it’s only half an hour drive from the house!). Access to grocery supermarkets, pharmacies and other retail points is quick and easy, don't have to go through the inconvenience of big urban traffic. The home has a lovely (and newly renovated) private swimming pool with a lanai and covered patio which we enjoyed very much. The decor of the home is stuck in the 1990s and would need some updating, and the exterior could need some improvement to make the curb appeal a bit more exciting but this does not in any way lessen the fact that the house is clean, comfortable and contains all the essential supplies needed. Not a five-star experience but good value for the money. The owner is a very nice person, very cooperative and very diligent to respond to enquiries and requests.
