Very nice place for a relaxing getaway. Steps to get to main living quarters would be a challenge for some. Plenty of space inside and deck for a group of up to 8. Parking for max 2 vehicles.

This was the perfect getaway that we were looking for. Lots stuff close by to explore with little time investment. Host gave great service. Could have been cleaned a bit too dust some cob webs. But it is a cabin. I would recommend it.

Beautiful cabin

Nice comfortable cabin. Beautiful deck, comfortable beds and well stocked supplies. Fishing, hiking and swimming places close. A great place to stay and relax.

What a great place to stay

Parking is a bit tight but we’ll worth the location, wish they stocked coffee but other than that it was wonderful place to stay and would definitely consider staying again

Thank you for staying with us and for your review. The heating was working fine, and my husband instructed you on how to turn it on with the remote - you simply were not using the remote correctly. Additionally, we were not made aware that the stove wasn’t working - and we were there right after you and the stove was working fine.

This beautiful cabin is such a nice getaway from the hustle of the city. Tucked away in a beautiful wooded location. We had everything we needed at the cabin. The hosts were very kind and checked to see if we had everything we needed. We will be back!

July Get Away

Great location for Water Wheel and 2nd crossing adventure, Washington Park (Highline Trail, so beautiful), and about an hour away from Woods Canyon Lake. We enjoyed our stay!

Decent cabin. Pictures make it look more remote than it is. Be prepared for lots of steps and difficult parking. Upon arrival, take a thorough video of entire property. Just received notification that I’m being charged for damage to two items that were never used.

Hi Mickey - Thank you for your review. We apologize if you felt the cabin was not as remote as it appears from the photos. We are deep in the midst of the forest, so I’m not understanding what the misconception might have been - and truly apologize if you weren’t happy. Our communications during your stay indicated that you were enjoying your time at the cabin and had a great time. The items we processed a claim for were informed from our cleaning lady damaged after your stay but were not damaged prior. If you didn’t use the items, you can dispute the charge with the I provider if the insurance for your stay. We understand that these things happen, which is why insurance is provided at rental so that there is coverage for unexpected damage. Thank you again.

Excellent stay!

The cabin was nice and peaceful. Perfect for a getaway into the mountains. The property was easy to find with the directions, cabin was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
