Continue as you enter the master bedroom, or should we say bedroom(s), as the efficient layout includes a floor to ceiling folding privacy door where you’ll find two stylish double beds with its newly appointed comforters and decorative pillows. Enjoy your favorite program on the wall-mounted cable flat-screen TV. The living room sofa doubles as a queen sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress. This sparkling clean, premium condo conveniently and efficiently sleeps 6 guests comfortably in beds.

The Dolphin Tiki Bar restaurant is open daily. Boat slips are available for lease from the association. Stay right on the Marco River with Direct Gulf Access with no bridges.

Bike rental is a breeze. Simply call the number we provide in your check-in instructions and bicycles of your choice will be delivered to the home. Enjoy!

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

If Pool access card is not left in unit when you check out there will be a $100 fee to replace the pool access card.
