Guests of our suite have full access to the buildings incredible amenities including the stunning rooftop sun lounger, infinity semi olympic pool, hot tub, fire pits, relaxing hammock area, grill & bar area (Not serviced). Inside the building has one of the best stocked gyms in the romantic zone inside a condo building, two stories of weights and cardio equipment to keep you fit on vacation! Reading rooms, Public TV rooms, lounges this building has so much to offer and truly is a destination in itself!

** Gym Access - Avida features a stunning state of the art 2 storey gym with all the equipment you'll need, even a crossfit section! 10 person max in the gym, hours of operation 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Smoke-free building. –The building has LEED certification. This promotes the quality of the air inside the condominium, for this reason, smoking is prohibited in the building.

Other things to Note:
* Please be advised that the building is currently building a foodcourt on the ground level. At times during business hours there maybe some construction sounds heard in the building.
**The Avida Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday from 8am until 3pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the hammock and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available.
*This owner is can accept one small dog for guest with a pet. Must be noted at time of booking.
*Smoking Prohibited** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
