Check in information was sent to Candi at 8:25 am on the day of check in. Check in time is 3pm or later. That gave her at least a 6 hour window to review check in information prior to her stay. Vrbo does not allow any type of "picture" to be sent to the guest so I am unable to send screen shots. As stated, entry information was sent well in advance of their arrival time. As far as WIFI service, the cabin is located in a very rural area and has broadband service which is at full capacity in our area. I only added the WIFI to the cabin this year as an extra incentive for the guests so that they can stay connected to social media. I agree it is in no way strong enough to do any type of streaming video service. Cell service - being in a rural area, cell service is limited and it is noted. There is a landline phone at the cabin for this reason at no charge to the guests. We do appreciate your stay!

Savannah, I apologize for the dead mouse smell in the kitchen. I did inform you of this situation on the date of your arrival. It was very faint as it had been dead for many days prior to your arrival and the cabin aired as much as possible prior to your stay. The renters on the 4th holiday left the doors standing open for extended periods of time which filled the cabin with flies and apparently a mouse. The cabin is located in a farming area with cattle and mice are unfortunately a reality in our area. The mouse was not detected until it gave up its last breath under a cabinet I could not move. I will say that the smell was only in one area of the kitchen but unfortunately right next to the stove. Everything was sanitized and the added air fresheners to help with the smell, but could have easily been unplugged if too overwhelming. The smell was not noticeable in any other room of the cabin or any of the bedrooms. Had it been in those rooms I would have cancelled your stay. Again, my sincere apologies for the smell, we hope you will return again.

Julie, I am so sorry about the towels! I had thought that I had filled up the cabinet after cleaning but I guess I did not, I am so sorry. I would have brought you more if you had given me a call and alerted me to the problem my contact number is in the guest book. Rene, Thank you for your review. I appreciate your feedback about the additional items needed in the kitchen. I agree that the bunk beds are more designed for children or teenagers than a full grown adult. Changing the listing to more of a family retreat than a group of adults is something I will need to review about the listing. Thank you for choosing Posey's Place!

There are DVD players and a variety of movies available for your enjoyment if the weather changes or for the little ones to enjoy a cartoon before bedtime.
