***IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.

DELIVERIES:
Looking to receive grocery orders, or hot food deliveries? No problem - If required we can provide a buzz code for you to include in your order for food deliveries to your door.

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW***

By proceeding with the reservation Guests agree to our Rental Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy, House Rules and Policies and to obey Condominium Rules and Regulations and Noise By-Law.

You agree to provide your direct email address and to Sign Rental Agreement which will be email to you upon booking confirmation.

As per New Government Regulations the person making reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Your Reservation must be made with your Legal Name as per your government ID.

You cannot book the property for a Third Party (someone else) even for a family members. You agree to accept any responsibilities and liability.

***Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charge of $15/day applies for each additional person after first two including children - maximum 3 adults (4 guests including children) allowed in the suite at any time.
