Farmhouse: Private Pool, Spa, Gym, Campground and Fire Ring! -30 min from Waco

Gentle Creek house is an absolute paradise right in the middle of Texas. Being only 30 Minutes from Waco, you get the feeling of being out of the city, but still close enough to enjoy everything Waco has to offer.

It has a fenced-in backyard with a private in-ground pool (4ft deep), Spa and Gym! There’s also a creek that runs through the backyard with a deck that overlooks the creek. There’s a propane BBQ grill and a second-floor balcony that overlooks the whole backyard! There is a bridge over the creek that leads to a campground and fire pit.



It’s a 2200 sqft house. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. With free WiFi! Outside there is a covered 6 person spa (Open year round). There’s also an in-ground swimming pool that has a 4 foot deep end, and a 6in shallow end for sitting in. There's a variety of pool rings/floats available as well. (-Pool not heated- Pool open from April 1st Through October 31st. November through March the pool will be covered).


If you cross the bridge over the creek you’ll find a large area with chairs and a fire ring, with everything you need to build a fire. There's also plenty of room to set up a tent for camping if you bring one!


(There are 4 large 4K TVs in the house. All of the TVs have Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu, and ESPN plus subscriptions for free. The Game room and the living room TV’s get local TV stations [CBS, ABC, FOX and much more] so you can watch all your favorite movies, shows and sports)

(All the beds are “Allswell” memory foam mattresses)

Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom): One Queen bed, 2 pack n play cribs (in the closet), a desk and chair, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and a 4K 43in Smart TV.


Bedroom 2: One Queen bed, one twin bunk bed, full bathroom and a 4K 50in Smart TV


Bedroom 3: One twin bunkbed and closet.


There’s a 3rd bathroom near the back Porch in the utility room.


Upstairs Game Room: It has two 3 person sofas around a 4K 55in Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu and ESPN plus. Also an antenna so you can get local channels and a DVD player. There’s also two extra twin beds in the Game Room.

The living room has two 3 person sofas, a 4K 55in Smart TV and a DVD player.


Fully equipped kitchen: It has plates, cups, spoons, forks and knives, Refrigerator with an icemaker, range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (with pods, sugar and creamer), mixing bowls, cooking pans, hot water kettle, basic cooking spices. There is also a kids dinning room booster seat that is located in the hall closet.

The workout room is in a shed in the backyard. It’s fully insulated with an AC and space heater. There’s a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, bench press, rowing machine, pull up and core machine, punching bag and hand weights.


There is a car port with space for 2 cars plus room for several more vehicles in the driveway. (There is room (but no hookups) to park an RV, please contact us if you plan on bringing one)

The pool and hot tub will be cleaned before you arrive. If you want it cleaned at any point during your stay, please let me know and we’ll get it done.

(We can not guarantee the creek will be running. It runs mostly in the springtime and after it rains.)

We have 2 cameras outside of the house in the front yard, aimed at the driveway. Neither one is aimed at the house. you can clearly see both of them, no cameras are hidden. And both of them are attached to the front yard fence
