- These are FOUR separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 75/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old;

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$ 25/night/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

- Early Departure Policy: An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will be billed in the event you do not utilize all nights originally booked but not consumed. You may change your departure date upon check-in without penalty.

- This is a smoke-free hotel. This includes: lobby, guest rooms, restaurants, lounge, meeting and banquet facilities. To protect the smoke free environment, the hotel will post a $250 cleaning fee to the account of any guest who smokes in their hotel room.
