This is the perfect entertaining open floor plan home with so much to offer. Every room has hardwood floors, bedrooms all have large closets with 2-master bedrooms complimented with full bathrooms. There are a total of 3 full baths and 1 half bath. Main level has shiplap on the ceilings and walls, views of Lake Guntersville that will take your breath away from the open floorplan kitchen/living room. The large kitchen offers a granite covered island as well as a dining table that can fit the whole family. After stepping outside onto your covered deck you can sit and relax on your patio furniture or grill on the dual charcoal / propane grill if you choose. Just off the deck you can fish or take a swim off the pier that leads to the boathouse with an upper deck that will maximize your views of the sun setting behind the mountains and reflecting off the deep Lake which will give you day or evening cruises all year long. If a fire on the outdoor fireplace is what you and the kiddos are after we have that as well as a sitting area while you roast your marshmallows. There are so many more amenities that await you, come on over and enjoy your piece of paradise and bring your boat or waverunner, I'll make some room in the boathouse for you.

Lake Guntersville lake house

Beautiful home on Lake Guntersville and the views are spectacular. The owner Eric was wonderful to work with and made our stay worth coming back to visit.

Excellent Location

The property was excellent, conveniently located on Lake Guntersville with quick access to two boat ramps. Communication with the property owner was awesome and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving retreat

We came up to spend time with family and this place was perfect for an intimate family get together. Had fun by the lake, put a fire in the fire pit, played games at the dining room table...just perfect.

GREAT Lake House

This property was great ! Clean - good communication from the host and close to the baseball fields . Bedrooms were spacious and kids loved the game room . The lake and dock were fun to hang out on .

Great Family Spot

Our family stayed over the July 4th holiday. House was as pictured and everything was as expected. As other reviews mentioned it is right off a main highway so sitting on the porch can be fairly loud but we did not notice the noise once inside.

Yes our Lake House pictures reflect the Lake Life and everyone has really enjoyed it. That is true Hwy 431 Is a few hundred feet away on the other side of the brick wall. Perfect location off the highway where just a short walk you can grab ice cream at DQ or just around the corner great seafood at Wintzell's. Shopping and restaurants etc, around every corner. Happy to be in the City of Guntersville.

Perfect get away for three couples with kids.

The house has three full bathrooms, rather than the two listed! I highly recommend it to anyone!

Great stay at the lake

Stayed here with family for 4 days. Great property and overall stay. Only real downside is minor issue with traffic noise due to proximity to the highway. Other than that, I really can't come up with anything but positives to say. Great time had by all.

Jason and his group respected out home, nice to have them. There is some noise at times however the tradeoff of a perfect location is what ultimately drew us to this property. Hope to see them again.

Yes, we have 2 spots in the boat house. When guest would like to have one for their stay i will remove my boat to free one side up, no problem at all. I’ll bring it home and give it a good cleaning.
