Clean, quiet and affordable. Tammy, the host, is great. She waited up late to make sure I got checked in okay and was very helpful my entire trip. One block from the beach and private porch. Great experience and will definitely return.🌴

Nelson, your claims were investigated by VRBO and determined to be false. Video and audio evidence, as well as neighbor testimony, confirm that the property was used, despite your assertions to the contrary. Your disruptive behavior toward myself and neighbors led to your being blocked from calling us the same day, with all further communication routed through VRBO for documentation. So you always had access to communication. You just had to go thru VRBO who documents all. This is called a RETALIATORY REVIEW. Another bullying tactic. We are confident in our service with repeat clients returning year after year. We prioritize respectful and professional interactions for our guests and community. Our target population is smart and will see thru your review- we are not afraid and welcome such occasional reviews- it shows our target guests how we deal with false claims. Should this escalate further, we are fully prepared to present evidence and testimony in court. Reminder all court cases will require for you to be in PR. We have no problem serving you in NYC.
