(1) This building strictly enforces a no crime policy. Flex Hospitality Management @ "Momen South Beach" fully cooperates with the City of Miami Beach Police and law enforcement. Any sort of violation criminal activity will result in immediate termination of stay and will be handed over to the police.

(2) No more than 8 people in the property at any given time.

(3) No loud noises on the property between the hours of 9pm-8am.

(4) All guests must enter and exit the property through the front Collins Avenue entrance. Entrance and exit through the back alley is strictly prohibited.

(5) Booking guest must be 21 years of age or older.

(6) No weapons are allowed on property.

(7) No smoking of any sort is allowed inside the unit.

(8) Any violation of the house rules will result in termination of stay and forfeit of the deposit.

(9) Momen South Beach is providing a starter package of paper towels, Toilet paper and basic essentials - Please feel free to purchase your own once these are out.
