Newly renovated waterfront 3 BR, 2 BA second floor townhouse located on lake LBJ. 3 min walk to HSB Resort. The unit boasts new flooring, wall covering, bathrooms, quartz, fans & fixtures throughout...you will not want once you arrive. This gem is conveniently located near the lake with day docks, swimming, fishing or water sports of your choice. The A/C blows cold and heat warms you (although only for about 3 months per year) as you need. We have a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and the refrigerator will hold all of your food and beverages regardless of stay length. Finally, the onsite pool will give you, your family and friends the perfect retreat as you plan another adventure.

Our complex has 6 day dock slips for boats and jet skis as well as a swimming pool & BBQ area. This unit is located on the second floor. Additionally, I may be able to accommodate a larger group, as I own/manage other units in close proximity, so feel free to inquire.

If you would like to bring your boat, you can potentially secure a boat marina slip during for stay for an extra fee. Please reach out to them if you are interested in this option.

Guest access
The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you 48-72 hours in advance of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet will be available on-site for use during your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like wifi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures.

Other items of note...guests will be able to access the following amenities that are communal:

A boat rental or boat slip may be available for rent during your stay in a nearby marina. Please inquire with Horseshoe Bay Marina for the price and availability. This fee is in addition to the Nightly Rate.
