The property is tucked away amid beautiful gardens and has its own private beach area with a 180 degree view of the ocean. With a large pool as an additional amenity, the atmosphere is serene and perfect for a relaxing stay. Located at the pool, there is a gas grill ($) located at the poolside that can be rented with sufficient notice given (two days) to the Sea Palms office. Please make early request for use.
The common areas are well maintained and all Co-vid 19 protocols are observed. Rules require that masks be worn in public areas and gatherings of 6 or more are not allowed at the pool or beach area. Rules are posted at the Pool lounge area. These are in place to ensure the safety of our guests

We ae pleased to welcome our guests who can choose from three bedrooms that house One King, One Queen and Two twin beds.

Pricing starts at up to 4 guests Add two persons to a maximum of 6 at an additional per person cost (Including children). The maximum number of persons in any one room is two (2). If four persons are booked, two rooms are assigned and one room locked off for the duration of the stay. If requiring the use all three rooms with up to four person booked, then please add at least one additional per person/rate to have access to the third room
Having listened to feedback from our guests, the living room as well as all three bedrooms now boast cable ready 28 to 40" televisions to allow for personalised TV watching!
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all new electric stove, fridge & microwave, along with a toaster oven,coffee maker, pots, utensils, plates etc.
We offer the services of our housekeeper JUANITA, who will cook up appetizing dishes for 2 meals based on your request for fees starting at US$40.00 for 4-6 hours per day. Just bring your groceries with you. Tips paid directly to her are welcomed. 24 to 48 hours notice is required for this service.

Cleaning and change of linen is facilitated every third day during your stay.
Leave it to Juanita. She will take care of as little or as much of your in apartment cleaning needs while she is in unit. Laundry? Each wash/dry load is US$15.00 payable directly to the housekeeper

Toilet paper and soaps are replenished for stays up to 7 nights. Thereafter guests are responsible to replenish their own items. Shops are located nearby.

The property is well appointed and intimate and located off the A1 main road, 10 minutes by car east of bustling Ocho Rios, but there are nearby restaurants - a short walk across the main road at the recently renovated Summer House at Harmony Hall, PG's Italian Restaurant both in close proximity and right next door at Villa Viento, all in Tower Isle, Jamaica
