The condo is very clean and has nice furniture and decor inside. The view of the beach and ocean is amazing! There is beach chairs and toys. Great location, just a short drive to restauants and shopping. I would definitely book here again.

This was our second stay at Wendy’s condo and it was just as heavenly this time. Amazing location facing the ocean, right on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need but there are also lots of fun restaurants in the area. Condo is clean, everything works as expected, and everything you need is there. We’re already planning our next trip!

We had the best time at Wendy's condo. She was very easy to work with and the condo is exactly as described in the ad. Weather was perfect and we hated to leave. Will definitely stay again. Perfect location, and great room.

Perfect family beach vacation

We stayed at Wendy's condo for a week. Her condo was perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom. Wendy was absolutely wonderful host, quick and easy to communicate with and we would love to stay her again when we come back for our next visit.

We had a wonderful week at Vance & Wendy’s unit at Southpoint!! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the view from the livingroom and also from the master bedroom. AMAZING Week at Southpoint

We have stayed at Southpoint for many years, this condo was the best yet! We didn’t need to bring a thing, everything you need for a beach vacation was there for use. The owner was a wonderful to work with and attentive to our questions before arrival. A joy to work with. We will be back!!
