Come relax in this top floor unit with sunning views right on the Carolina Beach Harbor.  Private back porch overlooking the water with ample seating.  Front porch has ocean views.  We have two bedrooms with King Beds.  Elevator.  New Appliances in 2021.  Cathedral Ceilings.  Sleeping/Play loft for the kids.

Boating: Nearby destinations include the north end of Carolina Beach (great place to anchor and go on the beach), Masonboro Island, also a great boaters beach at the northern / Wrightsville Beach end.  Southport, NC  (dock and dine),  Wrightsville Beach (great sightseeing, dock and dine, anchor and go on the beach),  Surf City NC  (dock and dine),  Downtown Wilmington, NC (sightseeing from the Cape Fear River, Dock & Dine)

First time in Carolina Beach, weather wasn't cooperating but the place is we stayed in was beautiful. Short walk to everything. Kids did some crabbing in the back on the pier. Had plenty room for everyone. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Visit with the grandchildren

We enjoyed a wonderful visit with two of our grandchildren. The house is very clean and very well appointed. The location is perfect! We enjoyed playing games on the deck while watching the boats go by. We can't wait to go back

Great Long Weekend

We enjoyed a fantastic long weekend here. Short walk to the beach, and to the restaurants and bars in town. Loved watching the boats come in from the back porch. The house was great and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Very relaxing stay with beautiful views!!!

Brandon has a very comfortable and beautiful home! The view of the sound was amazing - and so relaxing! There is nothing like enjoying your first cup of coffee for the day while watching boats coming in and out of the sound. The home is fully equipped with everything you need and more! We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to return again!

Amazing Beach Condo!

I reserved this beach condo for a last minute beach weekend with my 1year old son and 2 friends. The location was really great and walkable to the beach/boardwalk. The views were amazing! The layout was great for young kids too. The screened in patio allowed for my son to explore safely. The elevator took a moment to figure out but if you follow the instructions exactly then it worked for us. Family and friends have commented to me that they’d be interested to stay at this condo in the future too. Thanks!

Location, Location, Location....with an AMAZING VIEW!!

This property was amazing!!! Location to the BEACH: It is truly 3 min. to the beach (wagon provided) Parking at the beach is not always easy so now i will ALWAYS get this close to the beach to avoid the hassle of transport. Location to shops, fun walks, cruises from the harbor: Walk to the harbor and shops, Brit's doughnuts, boardwalk, etc. Location close to my sisters in Calabash, NC and also to Wilmington restaurants and entertainment for the day trip. THE VIEW: I knew July would be HOT and possibly storms so wanted a great view. The sliding doors off the living area can slide open to the screened in deck if needed. To wake up to to the quiet harbor views was priceless! In addition things I appreciated were the beautiful Project 82 and Pier 1 dishes and all things needed in the kitchen including multiple sets of silverware. Decor is tastefully done. Large Smart TVs. Comfortable beds. Lastly, I would like to give kudos to Brandon who returned our phone call in a very short time. Only disappointment was the elevator getting struck by lightning (obviously not fault of anyone) so had to lug our stuff in high heat down the stairs to check out. Brandon had called the elevator repairman who came Sunday morning!! (just wasn't working yet when we checked out). Our first time at Carolina Beach was a huge SUCCESS and we would definitely stay here again!!

Simply Wonderful!

I and a few of my friends had the pleasure of spending a week here last June. When it comes to beach houses and places to stay, you can not ask for a better place than this one. It is within walking distance from both the beach and amazing restaurants, especially Britts! Once you park your car for the week, you won't need it until you leave! The inside is incredibly spacious and offers a beautiful view of the marina on the outside deck. We had roughly 7-8 people the entire time and never had to make someone sleep on the couch/living space. TVs with streaming services and speakers with Alexa offered a wide variety of entertainment as well once the sun went down. The kitchen was big enough to cook for 7-8 people and still have ample room left. I can not recommend this place enough, and we definitely look forward to being at it again!

Beautiful escape on the canal!

My family and I enjoyed many nights here on the canal! Almost everyday we spotted a sea-turtle or two hanging around while on the dock or in our boat. Designated dock access was super convenient taking away the hassle of boat ramps during our vacation. Direct access to our boat was the best, along with being able to fish and enjoy the water right out the back door. We enjoyed live music from across the canal while watching the sunset in the screened patio. No mosquitos, no problem! The patio had plenty of room and furniture for my entire family to enjoy the outdoors! The condo itself is beautiful and has amazing coastal vibes! The beds slept amazingly and my grandson enjoyed the loft area and the views of the canal. The TVs and Alexa devices offered plenty of entertainment to keep him busy(and us!) during the stormy days of our stay. We enjoyed the updated kitchen many nights as we cooked and generally enjoyed the space and what it offered. It felt homey, clean, inviting, and definitely somewhere we will come back to without a doubt! The host Brandon and Tiffany were amazing!! 5 stars!!!

Beach Vacation

This was our second time coming to Carolina Beach and it is quickly becoming one of our favorite destinations. This condo was as described in the listing and as pictured. The view of the marina is an amazing substitute for the ocean since you aren't ocean front. However, each bedroom had a view of the ocean, as did the front porch. There is an elevator which makes carrying luggage and groceries much easier than taking the steps. I appreciated having the streaming options on the tv's rather than just basic cable. Communication upon arrival day was clear and quick which was greatly appreciated.

Noisy with Beautiful Views

Pros: The views from this unit are spectacular! We could see the boats from the back and the beach and fireworks from the front. The decor is beautiful and has a coastal vibe throughout. The furniture is updated and the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The elevator, which I would not ride, was helpful with transporting luggage at check-in and check-out. Cons: The unit was VERY noisy due to the heavily traveled road out front. The floors even shook at times. The owners provided sound machines in each bedroom to help reduce the disturbance, but it was an issue all week. While much of the unit has been updated, several areas still need attention. The kitchen sink has been worn and is unsightly. The master shower had mold and mildew and the shower curtain liners need replaced along with the tub faucets. Communication with the owner was lacking. I had to make several attempts to get a response to questions about our stay, specifically regarding bed and bath linens due to the listing having inconsistent information. Ultimately, we learned that we needed to pack sheets and towels. Additionally, repairmen came to work on the elevator during our stay. They were just as surprised as we were that the owner hadn’t notified us in advance.

Great Vacation Rental

We truly enjoyed ourselves and our vacation to Carolina Beach. The views were great, the area was quiet, the walk to the beach was short and the house was clean. Our children especially enjoyed the loft area ! Relaxing on the screened in back porch was a great way to end the evening. We only had two issues 1- the elevator was not working which made carrying luggage and groceries a work out to the top floor - but this was not the fault of the owners. The dryer had a hard time drying towels and kept giving us a “check vent” error despite the lint trap being clear - we just had to be cautious to avoid smelly towels, but nothing to truly complain about. The beach wagon was a life saver walking to the beach with 9 of us and for that we were thankful ! I will say we did see a few cockroaches around outside and on the screened porch and one in the house - so anyone with a phobia may want to know - they are a common pest in the area. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a less crowded beach and a relaxing vacation!
