Close to the waterfront, local hospitals, Canada's first urban park and local universities with many popular restaurants nearby. There is easy access to grocery and liquor stores and it is walking distance to the Quinpool shopping district.. The flat has one free on-site parking spot, and a deck overlooking the leafy yard. Suitable for 4, there are 2 bedrooms and a pop up couch. The solar assisted in-floor heat is incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Great Flat in a Good Location

The flat is lovely! Very clean, very comfortable, with plenty of space & amenities. The owners’ level of communication was excellent. The flat is within walking distance of many attractions. We were very pleased to get into the rental early, thanks to the owners letting us know it was ready. The only downside is there are no sports channels on the TV.) (CFL, NFL, MLB, etc). TSN is the most watched channel in Canada. Adding TSN to the TV lineup would be a huge bonus.

Great base for exploring Halifax

We enjoyed a four-night stay at Wendy and Carol's place, and used it as a base for exploring the downtown/waterfront area of the city. The apartment was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived and was easy to access and move in. We spent most days out walking the city, but usually relaxed at the apartment in the evening, either reading in the living room or private deck, or watching Netflix. The hosts were very prompt to respond to our questions, and provided lots of useful information about the area that guided our daily activities. Whenever we needed something, they were quick to provide it and made sure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable. It would be difficult to beat the combination of good location and welcoming accommodation that Wendy and Carol provide and we would happily stay there again when we have future opportunities to return to Halifax.

Great place to stay to explore Halifax! Fantastic communication from the hosts Wendy and Carol made our visit easy and enjoyable. Flat was spotless, everything as described, great deck out back to enjoy the good weather. Easy to walk anywhere in Halifax, we didn't even have to move our vehicle, would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again on our next visit to the city!

The flats on Duncan are central to everything downtown Halifax has to offer. They are eleven years old, have excellent visitor reviews and are fully outfitted as a home away from home. Laundry in the flat, large well outfitted kitchen, smart tv and hosts that want to make your stay the best possible!

Onsite free parking, office desk and space to work on-site, in-floor radiant heat, and incredibly walkable to all Halifax has to offer. We are close to the Quinpool shopping district, major hospitals and world class universities. Steps from many popular restaurants and the Halifax Common. Quiet neighbourhood but close to everything in central Halifax including local tourist attractions and Halifax's beautiful waterfront. This flat has a lovely, small deck overlooking the backyard. We offer free Netflix and sleeping for 4. There are two bedrooms. Primary has a queen bed, secondary has a queen bed. Living room has a pop up couch. Kitchen is fully outfitted.
