This 4 bedroom/4 bath property sleeps 13 comfortably and every detail in this home was considered during construction. From the beautiful hardwood floors, to the lighting, to the spa-like bathrooms, this space is just as beautiful on the inside as the view enjoyed daily from the private balcony. Enjoy fishing? Best Choice On The Bay offers full access to the dock right out your backdoor! Have a boat or a personal watercraft? Not a problem! You will be able to wave goodbye to your friends and family drinking their coffee on the balcony as you set sale from your backdoor!

Additional Information: Ground Level game room and ground level deck are for owner's private use and not included in the rental. Although it is not included in the rental, it may be available for shared use at owner's discretion and on a last minute availability based owner's need. We are more than happy to offer/share if the opportunity is available but it is not included in the rental. The rental unit is on the first finished level of living space and is above the ground level entry. The ground level of the building houses the garage for this home as well as the garage for the home on the top floor; their is a main entry for both units at ground level

It really is the Best Choice on the Bay

We were days away from beginning our trip (Oct 11-15, 2024) when we saw the newly posted negative review (Oct 7) of the property from someone's September 2024 stay. We were concerned. But, we were locked in and plans could not be changed. Well I am very happy to say, that we did not witness any of the complaints described in that review. So much so, that I question that review itself. The property looked exactly as advertised online. It was clean, well kept, nicely decorated and pet odor free. The location was almost perfect. It's a 7 block walk to the boardwalk, a 3 block walk to the Asbury Ave. shopping area, and a 2 block walk to the Acme grocery store. The property itself was very spacious. The view of the bay was incredible and relaxing. Sunsets were gorgeous. We had family visit and the balcony overlook was a main attraction for all. The four bedrooms were roomy, all with their own tvs, to allow for the sometimes needed family separation. All beds are memory foam, which took me one night to get used to. The bathrooms were very modern and clean. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary pots, pans and utensils allowing for home cooked meals, should you want them as Boardwalk and area seafood is pretty good. The property manager, Jessica, was very responsive to our texts and stayed out of our business. We also brought our dog, which was nice to walk around the quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a great trip. We highly recommend it and plan to return.

Absolutely NOT the BEST PLACE ON THE BAY!

YOUR HOST "Karen" LIVES ABOVE YOU! Forget R&R! We sent notes of kindness to assist in a quiet and peaceful respite. Sent Homemade Cake. But no go. We did not get the garage or parking spot listed on HOUSE RULES and we actually were asked to move our TESLA which was being charged (by approval) within hours of our arrival. Attitude galore! No one in the house slept ANY mornings! UP and LOUD by 6AM! The Bay, which the LORD GOD made was spectacular! Trash left in apartment and downstairs overflowing! Since our HOST (I laugh at that) complained about our notes, even to be so off-putting as to mention her "dog farting would be loud to us." Also, since we basically felt like our hands were tied and STUCK there because of company arriving at different times, we kept to ourselves. For more info on the unit: BEDS are OLDl! Saggy and linens have pills; two bathrooms (one in hallway and one with semi circular shower...leaked all over the bathroom floor like a flood. Lightbulbs out everywhere, fan batteries not working in two areas,Gas F/P didn't work either. Getting the picture? Livingroom furniture smells and is shot! Living room rug smells of urine!!! FYI: only 1 room did not experience noise. Balcony filthy! Cushions dirty and shot. Grill dirty! It is one thing to pay a high fee and experience the higher end of things.; quite another to be disrespected. (some of us are elderly)and kind requests ignored. We requested money back, but you know how that goes.

Family vacation

Our week on the bay was perfect from breath taking views of the bay and bridge to lovely accommodations to a responsive host. We were within walking distance of anything we wanted. We’re all very appreciative of all of the thought that went in to staying at this perfect location. Thank you.
