Welcome to Dolphina House, conveniently located in Pensacola's most central location, the historic East Hill neighborhood. Minutes from Downtown, the Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, and only 9 Miles to Pensacola Beach's sugar white sands! You're welcome to park your boat at the house, 2 Boat Ramps are less than 5 minutes away. There are 6 Parks close by, one with playground and one with Tennis Courts. Bayview Park is 6 blocks away. It is waterfront and you can rent paddleboards and kayaks to use in the Bayou.
This is a cozy 1930s home with plenty of room for your family. You'll have the whole home except one locked supply closet. Furnished with a King Bed in one bedroom and a Queen bed in the other. There is also a Daybed with trundle (1 Full, 1 Twin) in the sunroom. This is a great space for 2 children to sleep. MAXIMUM occupancy is 6 people, including children and infants. A tankless water heater insures everyone will get a hot shower. Our home is completely sanitized between each guest. You'll have exclusive use of the backyard, patio table with seating.
This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
We are DOG friendly, no cats (due to allergies). Must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick treatments. Max 2 dogs. $75 per Dog. if 2 dogs a separate fee request will be sent through the platform. Dogs must be crated if you leave them at the house alone. Can not be on our insurance company's "dangerous dogs" list. You must clean up after your dog, and dispose of properly, to avoid additional cleaning fees. We do require pre-approval of pets. IF PLANNING TO BRING A DOG, CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING.
We are eco-friendly and the house is climate controlled with the Max heat setting of 74 and the Low Cool setting of 72.
Your vacation rental includes: Bath and Bed Linens ~ Bath soap, Shampoo and Conditioner ~ Starter supplies are provided. Supplies provided to get you started include toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, & laundry detergent. Publix Grocery store is within 1 mile for any additional items you may need.
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow an our cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. We strongly encourage our guests to buy travel insurance for coverage in the instance that interruptions force your stay to be canceled. Additionally, Florida weather can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.
We have the house professionally sprayed for bugs every 6 weeks but this is Florida, and bugs happen. If you leave the doors or windows open bugs, insects and/or wildlife may enter the house. No refunds will be given for any of the above seen inside or outside.

We've lived in the area since 1998. East Hill offers lots of opportunities to see everything Pensacola has to offer. We've found it to be the most convenient location in town. We are avid boaters and always launch from Bayview Park, just blocks from your stay. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do,. We are close by and available to answer any questions that you have.

This home is close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, downtown, boat launches and more. It's a great neighborhood to walk, bike ride, with lots of neighborhood parks. You can play tennis a few blocks away. We offer a great backyard to relax in, and the house is spacious but cozy. There's also a great dog park 4 blocks away.

We go out of our way to provide a clean, safe space for guests. The home was built in 1938 and sits amongst other historic homes. We've tried to keep the character of its age, while still offering modern conveniences. We hope you find it comfortable for you and your family.
