From time to time the driveway adjacent to the house may be rented out to campers but their space is completely separated by privacy fencing. Another kayak launch is located at the nearby park just .5 miles away. Pensacola Beach and Perdido are both a 20-25 minute drive depending what time of day you hit the road (before 9am is recommended). Downtown Pensacola is just a 9 minute drive and has many great dining options, boutiques, and bustling night life.
