Amazing stay

Everything was very well organized and cleaned, great communication with host, very close to very good eating places about a 20min drive to downtown which was great to unwind after. Overall great experience

Wonderful Accommodations

The description and pictures did not do this listing justice. Every inch of the house was immaculate. As soon as I walked into the house I was welcomed by a wonderful smell and clean and freshness. The beds were very comfortable and linens smelled and looked clean. There was bottle water left in the fridge as well as coffee and a few snacks. The host was extremely quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This is a winner. I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for such a lovely place and your hospitality.

Super clean place, great location, excellent communication and quick response

This place is another great place that we've rented for our second vacation for 3 days and 2 nights. The house is very clean and organized! You will have everything you need like pots, pans, plates, and silverwares. The location is perfect for our family. It's closed to everything especially Walmart!(only 2 min drive) Many restaurants near by within 1 to 5 miles radius. We chose this place because it's only 30 mins away from Sea World and approximate 40 mins to San Marcos outlet mall and that was our trip is the Sea World and the outlet mall. The communication is great with the owner. The owner replies all questions very quickly. I would highly recommended this place if you wanted a clean and organized place for your vacation.

Labor Day Weekend

The property was as advertised and very clean. The new improvements to the living space and kitchen were nicely done. Garage available if you need one. Had some issues with the streaming TV, but we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't a problem for us. Hostess was very pleasant and responsive.

This place is nice

This place is nice but the neighborhood is not too great. Don’t be fooled by this place being on a “golf resort”. A lot of cars passing by with loud music playing. It is close to a Main Street so a lot of loud cars as well. There was no curtains on the living room/dining room. Nice place inside though.

Thank you for your feedback, we apologized for not having curtains during your stay, the windows were recently replaced and the original blinds did not fit anymore so we had to order curtains. On the other hand the neighborhood is call Northern Hills the same as the golf course that is within walking distance. I am sorry you thought it was a resort, I’ll make sure everyone understands that. Regards
