THE VIEW
D313-Sea Blue is a stunning 3rd-floor condo, perfectly positioned at the front corner of the D high-rise building. This top-level unit offers breathtaking ocean views from multiple windows, ensuring you're always connected to the beauty of the sea. The name 'Sea Blue' is inspired by both the panoramic ocean views visible from every room and the condo's elegant blue and sandy beach-themed décor. We recently added a balcony bar on the railing (not yet pictured), perfect for enjoying meals or drinks while taking in the stunning view.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a beautiful kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and cabinets fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. Seat 6 very comfortably at the large farmhouse style dining room table with two large benches and chairs at either end.
LIVING AREAS
D313 - Sea Blue is furnished with a large comfy leather couch and additional swivel chairs for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room also has a 55" digital smart TV that you can use to either watch cable or login to your Hulu or Netflix account, that way you can indulge in a nightly binge of your current favorite show after a day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
Both bathrooms are en suite in the bedrooms, with a walk-in shower in the Guest bath, and a shower/tub combo in the Master bathroom.
SLEEPING
D313 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed and the guest bedroom features a Queen and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and 50” Smart TVs. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a setup that works for everyone.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-D313 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

D313 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
