The perfect beach house for the perfect stay at Manzanita Summer Salt Cottage

Welcome to the Manzanita Summer Salt Cottage. This 2017-built single story house sleeps 8 and offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We are conveniently located 1.5 blocks from the beach. We are within minutes of walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, a bar and grocery store on Laneda Ave.

One level and light and bright! The house all is equipped with air condition and a gas fireplace for the variety of weather the coast has to offer. The living room and dining room do share an open concept to include everyone. We offer high speed wireless internet throughout the house. There is large flat screen TV in the living room for easy viewing. There are also Sonos bluetooth speakers everywhere in the house so you can listen to your favorite tunes.

The kitchen has a state of the art oven and comes fully stocked with just about everything you would need to enjoy cooking. To make sure everyone has a spot at the dinner table we are happy to provide one that seats 10 people.

This fantastic house offers 3 bedrooms . The master bedroom has a king size bed with a tv, Apple TV and a private siding door leading to the back patio. The master bathroom is attached and offers a walk in shower and separate tub. There are two sinks for extra elbow room.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and tv with an Apple TV. The 3rd bedroom offers two sets of bunkbeds that offer and full and twin mattresses, perfect for kids and even adults.

There is also a charging station for your phone and tablets on the desk in the living room and the both the King and Queen bedrooms have a chargers on each night stand.

This house provides guest with a large propane BBQ grill. There is a picnic table and multiple patio chairs in the back yard around a fire pit and 2 rockers on the front porch. We have a ping pong table and foos ball table in garage ready for anyone who is up for a challenge.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience while you are there.
