Welcome to our newly remodeled 4BR/2BA (5 beds) South Lake Tahoe Home located in the super cute Meyers community. There are yummy restaurants, Lake Baron, Truckee river, two golf courses, and kids playground and beach half a mile away, even walking distance. Guest access
Location:
- Located in the super cute Meyers community of South Lake Tahoe.
- Lake Baron, Truckee River, Kids Lake Beach, Hiking Trails and Kids Playground half a mile away, 15 minute walk.
- There are yummy restaurants nearby, grocery, store, gas station, etc.
- Close drive to Downtown South Lake Tahoe, Casinos, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Great Restaurants, Nightlife, Tahoe Keys, Fallen Leaf Lake, Emerald Bay, etc.
Other things to note
Logistics:
- 8 guests maximum, no additional overnight guests allowed.
- 2 cars Maximum parked in Driveway in the winter, no street parking allowed because can block the snowplows.
- No Pets (place is newly remodeled, although we love them)
- No Parties. No Weddings.
- Quiet Hours 10pm - 8am. Noise – no excessive noise at any time, but especially after 10 pm. No gathering outside or loud talking during quiet hours, they're super strict with this now. If the neighbors call the Local Representative and they have to come out due to noise violations, a $45 fee will be charged. Also, if the sheriff has to come out and give a ticket then the fine will be transferred to the guest.
- Parking - free parking for 3 vehicles total, 2 in the driveway side by side and one in garage. During the winter please visit CalTrans site for traffic advisories during winter storms. Chains or 4 wheel drive may be required. Please do not park on the street outside the driveway. Do not block snowplows.
- Trash – keep the trash in a bear box or indoors. Please throw out all the trash into bear box by the street to the right of the garage. Garbage has to be in bags no loose trash in bear box. Also, ensure no food is left inside your car overnight to avoid bears getting in.

**When booking please provide the names of each guest with address and phone number to capture the acknowledgment of the rules above.

- This is our 2nd home, please be respectful and treat it as your own :) We put in a lot of time into making it pretty and comfy for the guests to enjoy. Damages will be deducted from deposit, extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive cleaning. Also, please don't touch the antler chandelier, we worry it can fall if weight is put on it (thank you!).
