Pebblecreek is a 55+ resort, however 40+ may be eligible to stay as well. This home has been lovingly remodeled, designed, and furnished to reflect what today's vacationer is looking for. The open concept living design allows for easy entertaining. The entire home was remodeled top to bottom to include: paint, lighting, flooring, full appliance package, quartz counters, new tile work in both bathrooms, faucets, updated cabinetry, all new furniture, etc. as of 2021.
