So close to the Beach!

Great condo in a great location!

Mary was great to work with before and during our stay. The condo was perfect for our family, very clean, kitchen was fully stocked, and the location was just a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

This property was great. It was roomy enough to accommodate a family of five. There was lots of amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a nice quiet section of the beach and very easy beach access.

This condo was true to it's listing - literally 30 second walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful, condo close to everything. You could walk to the pier or take your car. Great condo, location and beach!!

I love this place! It is perfect for us. Close to the beach, wonderful laundry facilities on site and close to a small grocery store. This is our second year at this property and we will be back again next year.

Perfect Location!

Mary was super friendly, kind, and offered so many wonderful recommendations! The place was very clean and comfortable! SUPER close to the beach!! Checking in and out was a breeze. You’re a quick car ride from the pier, where you absolutely have to try all the different little pizza places! Everything was wonderful! Would highly recommend for families or friends!

Perfect beach vacation

This was the perfect place to stay for a week on the beach. I went with my 6 year old and my parents. The condo was clean and well stocked and there was plenty of space for all. It was a short walk to the beach and the pier was a 20 minute walk or a short trolley ride away. We typically vacation at a different beach during the summer but after staying here, my parents have already requested that I book it again for next year!

Surfside Beach Area

The location is great - one minute walk to the beach. it was nice to have a pool too as the grandchildren enjoyed it. The only complaint my daughter had was one bedroom only had a fan not an air conditioner so it did get stuffy in the room while sleeping.

Pros: Close to beach, newer appliances in Condo and owner, Mary, polite and responsive. Cons: Condo wasn't cleaned well (floors were not swept or washed, broiler in cabinet without being washed), dishwasher trips breaker when trying to use (must shut-off TV, AC, and lights).

Thank you for the review, Christine. We double checked with our cleaner and everything was cleaned prior to arrival and we reviewed our standards for future guests. Sorry the dishwasher was acting up. It is brand new and was installed for convenience, but unfortunately, the electrical demand sometimes causes it to short and be spotty. It is usually a quick fix, but sorry for any inconvenience it caused.

Parfait

Nous avons adoré cette propriété. Elle est à moins de 100 pas de la plage. La serrure numérique enlève tous stress d’oublier ou de perdre la clé. Nous étions 6 personnes au total (4 adultes et 2 enfants) et le fait d’avoir 2 chambres qui ont chacune leur salle de bain était parfait. La distance entre le centre-ville et la propriété se fait bien à pied! Nous y retournerons assurément!

Awesome family vacation! The location is fantastic! Easy beach access, especially for families with young children. The condo was super clean. The owners are great, very tentative! We had a blast and look forward to returning in the future!

My husband and I love to travel and now we love taking our little son and daughter for adventures as well. We are both very clean, healthy, love to prepare most of our own meals on vacation, enjoy both relaxation and trying new things.

We have enjoyed vacationing in Old Orchard Beach for over 12 years and now we are thrilled to have a home of our own. Some of our favorite things include: morning runs/walks while the local shops are just opening up, walking to the pier for pizza or to ride the amusement rides, getting ice cream at Fielder’s Choice and fudge at the candy shop, and of course, sitting in the sand, splashing in the waves, and enjoying the amazing view.

We love welcoming guests and are excited to think of the memories they will build at this beautiful beach.
