The All American - Pet Friendly, Direct Trail Access & Walk To Crystal Bridges!

The All American Trail Side is the your Downtown Bentonville home away from home! From the front yard you can see two trail access points making for the easiest access you could ask for. Less than a mile walk to Crystal Bridges and exactly one mile to the Downtown Square. Also, for added bike security we offer indoor on-the-wall bike storage for up to SIX bikes. This is your central hub for all things Bentonville!

Modern, cozy, single level, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home tucked away in the hills of Downtown Bentonville. Open concept kitchen, living & dining area. Fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies you'll need for your stay. In home bike storage for up to 6 bikes & a fenced in back yard.

Our nicely updated home is flooded with plenty of natural light and decorated with an authentic midcentury modern flair. The indoor and outdoor living areas are perfect for enjoying quality time with the crew. Outside, you'll have access to the front and back porch (covered) with comfortable patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ grill, wood burning fire pit (stocked with wood), fenced-in yard, and bike washing station!

The living room has a large smart TV for streaming, a cozy sectional sofa and additional lounge chairs as well. You'll find the kitchen to be updated with modern stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and countertop space, and a large kitchen island with seating for those quicker meals. The dining area has a large six seater table and leads you out through the french doors onto the covered back patio where you'll find the grill and cushioned patio furniture (bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid). The back yard is very private with a fenced in yard, wood burning fire pit (stocked with wood) and a bike wash station for your muddy days on the trail. Back inside you've got three large bedrooms with great accommodations. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed as well as a twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Across the hall is a full size bathroom to accommodate bedrooms 1 & 2. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite full bathroom with beautiful subway tile walk in shower! All bedrooms have ample closet space and luggage racks to keep those suitcases off the ground. There are 4 different maps of the trail systems throughout the home so you can plan out your next ride or look back at where you had been all day!

When you're ready to venture out on the town you'll find a lively arts scene, a diverse group of restaurants & bars and of course plenty of festivities and entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities. Front porch, back porch, fire pit & backyard. We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them. If you're traveling with your furry friends we ask that they aren't left unattended unless they're in a kennel and please pickup pet waste before you leave.
